Who we are
The Equity Nest is a private brand of W2WD LLC. This website is our public home: a place to read about home equity, housing choices, and later-life planning. It is not a government site, not a lender, broker or bank, and not a news organization.
Information we receive
- Technical data. Standard server logs may include IP address, browser type, device, referring URL, and the time of your visit.
- Contact messages. If you email us using our Contact page, we receive the information you send so we can respond. The contact form validates your message but does not send or store it.
- Unsubscribe requests. If you use our Unsubscribe page, we receive the first name and mobile phone number you submit so we can stop text messages to that number.
- Messaging data. If you receive text messages from us, we hold the mobile number used to deliver those messages, your consent record, and any STOP requests.
Calculator inputs
The calculator sends your entered loan amount, interest rate, tenure, and optional extra payment to our server to calculate a repayment illustration. These figures and the result are processed for that request only and are not saved by this calculator.
