This website is the public home of The Equity Nest. It is about home equity, housing choices, and later-life planning. It is not affiliated with the United States government, any lender or bank, or any news organization. Nothing here is an official notice, a required filing, or a news alert.

Calculator estimates

The calculator illustrates regular fixed-rate loan repayments using your loan amount, nominal annual interest rate, tenure, and optional extra monthly payment. It assumes monthly compounding, month-end payments, and cent rounding. The final payment may differ. It excludes taxes, insurance, fees, and prepayment penalties. Extra payments assume the lender applies them to principal without a penalty. It is not a loan quote, approval, or borrowing limit and does not estimate reverse mortgage payments, proceeds, or eligibility. Its accuracy depends on the figures you enter.

No purchase on this website

There is no checkout on this website. Visiting these pages is not agreement to buy anything. Sending a message on the Contact page is a request that we reply.
